In this course 'Mindfulness and Meditation' Dayasara will introduce and lead the class through a breath-based meditation. Over the 6 weeks he will bring out key aspects of this and link it to other forms of meditation, including walking meditation and a practice which fosters positive emotion.

These sessions are for everyone and are free of cost. No previous experience is required.

About Dayasara
Dr Martin Hillary has been teaching Mindfulness meditation for 17 years. He is an ordained Buddhist, being given the name Dayasara, and his PhD is on aspects of Buddhism and long-term care.
